Management pays for water.
Dumpster in rear of building is for all tenants use at no charge to you. Please be considerate of other tenants and haul any large amounts of trash to dump. Trash is picked up early on Friday mornings. Please do not bring trash from your home, business only. This is a non- smoking building and pets are not allowed.
Parking is available in rear but is limited. Additional parking is available across from pool hall. Please limit parking in front of building for loading and unloading only. Signs must be approved by city and need to be professionally made.
We ask that all tenants respect other businesses in building in every aspect using good common sense and general courtesy. Remember they are also running a business.
We recommend you get to know your neighbors.
Please contact me if there is a problem so it can be handled quickly and resolved as soon as possible. Let’s handle small problems before they become big ones.
